With amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking, it's centrally located where the west and east sides of Maui meet, Please note, this is not a resort or beachfront setting. Instead, it offers a more local, residential Maui experience—ideal for travelers who want a peaceful, authentic base while staying connected to all parts of the island. Centrally located where Maui’s west and east sides meet, you’ll have easy access to pristine beaches, local shops, and the airport just 10–15 minutes away. Whether you’re here to explore or simply unwind, this welcoming studio is the perfect home base for your Maui adventure. Our space is thoughtfully designed to comfortably host two guests, featuring a queen size but we can accommodate extra guest with an Air Mattress upon request, there is an additional fee. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas. 🌺 3. Mahalo for Keeping It Clean Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too. 🌺 4. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai. Violators will be fined up to $500 Please use the designated smoking area only 🌺 5. Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties or large gatherings. 🌺 6. Parking We require guest to send us vehicle information to register their vehicle Fines may apply for unauthorized parking 🌺 7. Respect the Aina — Respect the Land Please conserve water and electricity when possible. Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running. 🌺8 .
