Designed for comfort and convenience, this private studio is ideal for travelers seeking an authentic local Maui experience while staying close to beaches, hiking, dining, and the airport (just 10–15 minutes away). **Please note: this unit is located on the second level, property has no elevators* Large windows bring in natural light and showcase beautiful views of the West Maui Mountains, along with refreshing island breezes. This is not a resort or beachfront property—instead, it offers a peaceful, residential setting perfect for guests who want to explore Maui at their own pace. Thoughtfully designed for up to 3 guests (with an option for a 4th guest upon request and approval), the studio features 1x queen and 1x twin xl cooling memory foam mattress (medium-firm comfort) beds, a private bathroom with essentials provided, a compact kitchenette for light meal prep, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort. An additional guest may be accommodated with an air mattress upon request for an extra fee, which includes the setup of the air mattress along with provided linens and towels; all arrangements for an additional guest must be made in advance of check-in to ensure proper preparation of the space. 🌴 Location – Wailuku, Maui Wailuku is a historic and culturally rich town offering a blend of local charm and modern convenience. If you need a place to stay on the outer-skirts of Kahului book with Uncle Tony you won’t be disappointed! Mahalo much U Positive: Loved the location, spacious room and full refrigerator with kitchen, made my stay very comfortable. Negative: N/A-no complaints here..

Good Positive: Very clean appartement, very good location, parking place just in front. But we rented the one bedroom unit 11 for 2 adults and 2 children and 1 children bed was only an air mattress and not a real bed. Negative: A lot of noise from the street and from the AC

reasonable price/value Positive: Nicely furnished and clean studio. Guests are free to rent beach equipment as they please. Convenient location minutes of drive from Kahului Airport. There are several bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Negative: Definitely not for light sleepers! Lower Main St is somewhat busy and one can hear loud cars/motorbikes throughout the night.

Clean and convenient Positive: The property was very clean, had a reserved parking spot which was nice. If you are not planning on having a car the location is not ideal as there was nothing to do in a walking distance. However, if you have a car it is pretty central. There were two good food places very close by. Just to know there is no private beach like mentioned on booking. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location; super friendly staff; easy access to both sides of the island Positive: Convenient to Kahului airport. Uncle Tony was very helpful at check in. Kitchen area had adequate appliances and utensils. Nice, large bath towels. Beach chairs and other beach items for guests to use at no extra charge. Laundry facility on property. Negative: The neighborhood is old and tight so some night noises are noticeable. One morning a very loud motorcycle drove by at 4:30 a.m.
