It was nice. Minutes to everything. Positive: Close to places. Negative: There’s nothing that I didn’t like.

Positive: Good starting point for road to hana Negative: The AC unit was insanely loud (found out later that it was likely broken). Opening the window instead exposed the street noise (motorcycles driving by at night). The blow up mattress for the kids deflated during the night. If this place is just used to crash between parties, it might be all right. Would not recommend it for families. Especially not for that price. No idea how it can be rated so high.

If you need a place to stay in Maui, this is IT!! Positive: The property, the managment staff is absolutely perfect. We stayed at this location for our daughter’s first vacation and it had everything we need for a relaxing stay. They provided a fridge, all required kitchen accesorries. Loved it.

Positive: Spacious room with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Very clean. Negative: The location around is not great for walking, but we knew that and had a car anyway.

The place is a good base to explore the island. Positive: Very comfortable, clean, very well equipped. Negative: It was a little bit noisy, the building stays along quite busy street, but it was OK, when windows were closed.

Positive: Staff were friendly, location and value met expectations. Negative: Couldn't find the swimming pool.

Clean room

Positive: Place really nice and cozy, building well maintained and quiet. Kitchen well furnished. Easy access to all the other parts of the island. Negative: I would consider adding housekeeping for longer stays (we were there for 6 days and had to ask for a change of towels) + more hanging space in the room. AC is a bit noisy and the road can be trafficked but you get used to it.

Clean room. Responsive and pleasant host. Met our needs.

Second-floor walk-up, twin beds. Very clean and cozy, all amenities were in good shape. The room is on a busy street, but road noise was minimal with the A/C on. Very good value for money.
