Designed for comfort and convenience, this private studio is ideal for travelers seeking an authentic local Maui experience while staying close to beaches, hiking, dining, and the airport (just 10–15 minutes away). **Please note: this unit is located on the second level, property has no elevators* Large windows bring in natural light and showcase beautiful views of the West Maui Mountains, along with refreshing island breezes. This is not a resort or beachfront property—instead, it offers a peaceful, residential setting perfect for guests who want to explore Maui at their own pace. Thoughtfully designed for up to 3 guests (with an option for a 4th guest upon request and approval), the studio features 1x queen and 1x twin xl cooling memory foam mattress (medium-firm comfort) beds, a private bathroom with essentials provided, a compact kitchenette for light meal prep, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort. An additional guest may be accommodated with an air mattress upon request for an extra fee, which includes the setup of the air mattress along with provided linens and towels; all arrangements for an additional guest must be made in advance of check-in to ensure proper preparation of the space. 🌴 Location – Wailuku, Maui Wailuku is a historic and culturally rich town offering a blend of local charm and modern convenience. I would absolutely stay here again! Positive: The location was excellent, with no extra or hidden fees, and parking was available nearby. The kitchen had everything you needed, especially for a family that loves to cook and doesn't want to eat out all the time. Across has a little mini mart including facial beauty products.

For the first night ! Positive: The big parking. The room is not too small and has a little from everything. Negative: No Washing machine in the Room but in the Building. Coffemachine its not working very well. The location its not very nice but if you have a car to go around its ok. The supermarket is very basic. The aircon is very loud and just beside your face. There is no welcome Water in the room. Price is too high. Beach is far.

Easy check-in and owner communication was instantaneous and perfect. The Beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette is very well appointed. Parking was close, easy and convenient.We would and likely will stay there again!

This is a good place to stay for a short time if you need to be near the airport or Kahuli Positive: Very comfortable beds and conveniently located for the one night purpose we needed it for. We only stayed there for our arrival night in order to be close to Costco to pick up supplies for the next day. The rest of our trip was spent in Kanapali. Negative: Even though it was conveniently located, it was in a somewhat rundown area, not particularly attractive
