Designed for comfort and convenience, this private studio is ideal for travelers seeking an authentic local Maui experience while staying close to beaches, hiking, dining, and the airport (just 10–15 minutes away). **Please note: this unit is located on the second level, property has no elevators* Large windows bring in natural light and showcase beautiful views of the West Maui Mountains, along with refreshing island breezes. This is not a resort or beachfront property—instead, it offers a peaceful, residential setting perfect for guests who want to explore Maui at their own pace. Thoughtfully designed for up to 4 guests (with an option for a 5th guest upon request and approval), the studio features 2 queen cooling memory foam mattress (medium-firm comfort) beds, a private bathroom with essentials provided, a compact kitchenette for light meal prep, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort. Simple efficace Positive: Les équipements et le parking compris dedans. En face il y a une épicerie. Negative: Niveau propreté tout a l’air propre mais ne l’est pas … la literie par exemple.

The room was perfect for a one night stay for one person. Very clean and just the right amount of supplies. The bed was comfy as well as the pillows. It's not too far from the airport which is convenient, but the neighborhood is super busy so there is a lot of noise, mainly traffic. Not the fault of the owner, but keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a great place for a quick stay. Oh, and the ac is an added plus!

it was exactly the basic place we were looking for... and Tony was great! Positive: no meals included. Located in older working section of town but easy to go all directions on the island. Uncle Tony was a wonderful host with many ideas for places to visit available from Tony and loaner items available at the property like beach chairs, etc. Small kitchen was equipped for simple meals with a double hot plate instead of a stove.. Negative: road noise. noisy air conditioner but we only used it a little as i can't sleep in air conditioning

Positive: All in all the unit was very comfortable. The room was of a good size. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy self check in. There is free parking with the unit. The location was very convenient. Close to the airport and to the start of the way to Hana. Negative: The price was extremely high for this kind of accommodation. Negative value for money. We spent only one night and were'nt able to find something more reasonable.
